November 2016

November was filled with the end of Fall sports, a new addition, and family time. 

We started out the month with another swim meet at UT for these two. Both did awesome!

Caitlin actually got a time (no disqualification) in Butterfly which is her favorite stroke, and Evan got a time in breaststroke which he was DQ'ed in last time! (Plus he shaved some seconds off his other times). Great job kids!

We celebrate Aunt Shell's birthday.

We finished out the soccer season for all 3 kids.

We celebrated Thanksgiving at Preschool with this Turkey!

We welcomed our new nephew/cousin, Baby Oliver! So cute!!

We went to Mayfield Park to see the peacocks. Caitlin did her TAG project this Fall on peacocks, her favorite animal. How cool that we can just go see them wondering around?!

We met up with friends for a playdate during our week off from school for Thanksgiving break.

We ran the Turkey Trot. This year we tried the Georgetown one because it's both closer and starts earlier. It was nice to deal with much smaller crowds and be done by 9am. However we did kind of miss the tradition of going downtown. We will see what we do next year!

The kids did the Kids Run and rocked it. Evan even finished first of all the kids! He was flying.

Ryan thought it was the best. I loved that we could just let them go by themselves (since it was much smaller). They have a blast! And both Evan/Caitlin even joined us at the end of our 5 mile run to finish off the race. What a great way to start Thanksgiving Day.

It was a great day of family and football. So very thankful for all of our family and friends. Thank you!
