This Spring, we were busy for about a month putting together a playscape for the kids. Ever since we moved into the new house, we knew we wanted to replace this water fountain/garden area with a playscape. This spring, we finally got around to making it happen. We cleared out the fountain/garden and I found a pretty good playscape on Craigslist.
We spent one weekend moving the playscape (thanks Michelle and Brett!!). We spent the next weekend power washing it. We spent the next weekend staining it. And then finally, the last weekend we put it together. It was a lot of work but we hope it was worth it. Here are some pictures of the new playscape and the kids enjoying it. We hope you all will come play on it with us soon!
Oh, and this is a picture of the bench that Bebaugh made me. I finally got around to restaining it at the same time we did the playscape. Good as new!! Thanks Bebaugh!
